Thank you for choosing Enid Fragrances! Below is our Shipping Policy to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process and expectations.


1. Processing Time

1.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
1.2. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

2.1. Domestic Shipping:

  • USPS Priority Mail only.

2.2. International Shipping:

  • No international shipping available.

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
3.2. You can track your order through the shipping provider's website using the tracking number provided.


4. Shipping Address

4.1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at enidfragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
5.2. We will assist in resolving the issue, but we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


6. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

6.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


7. Shipping Restrictions

7.1. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with restrictions on importing perfume.
7.2. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
